My name is Audrey Subers. I am a chef based in Charleston, South Carolina from Philadelphia.

 

I offer culinary art galleries for parties and retreats across town that use flavors of nature to inspire guests with creativity.

I was originally working as an environmental engineer when I discovered gifts in cooking at a local farm to table retreat, and I went from designing meadows at the office to menus in the kitchen. My work is channeled to tune others into the same rhythms of nature.
