
Once Upon a Time ...
I majored in biological engineering at Penn State focused in natural resources and established a unique education about the intelligent design of our environment.

Then I worked as an environmental engineer for a year designing land developments to maximize their natural resources.
& learned how to cook at a nature retreat center under a biologist translating science to art with produce from the backyard farm. I learned how to DJ on the side.
I helped grow the Student Farm Club through coordinating harvest festivals, plant sales, cooking workshops and beyond outside of class.
& designed an agro-ecosystem to maximize the nature of their farm with stormwater management as they expanded into a flooded wetland. ​​


So I knocked on doors of neighbors offering to cook their dinner using whatever ingredients were provided on hand.
I began this website as a portfolio of my work and established an LLC.

The private chef service evolved into culinary experiences for dinner parties, open houses, and weddings.
My event planning business attracted attention of an investment banker native to Panama with estate across the Azuero Peninsula. We share passion for ecological restoration and farm-to-table food, as he has restored degraded land with native fruit trees.

He now invites me to host retreats on his sacred land.
I will first grow my business hosting events across Charleston, SC and then expand into retreats.
