

I originally studied biological engineering with a focus in natural resources from Penn State where I developed a technical background applicable across agriculture, food processing, and conservation. I was working as an environmental engineer when I discovered new gifts in cooking. I began cooking for house parties, and stumbled across an opportunity to host culinary retreats in Panama by being in the right place at the right time. My recipes are crafted to portray an intentional diet aligned with the seasons, using enchanting meals to connect with nature through food.
